A Movement for Moms to Move.
During and after my first pregnancy I realised how little support there is for moms when it comes to navigating exercise through pregnancy and post partum which sparked my passion that moms NEED more guidance and support through this phase of life. So I took my degree in Biokinetics and my experience of being a mom and combined them to birth this movement - to educate, empower and support moms to be strong, healthy AND PAIN FREE as they transition to becoming a mommy.
Google is overwhelming and there is SO much information which is often contradictory and can sometimes create a narrative which is toxic when it comes to exercise. Moms either freeze and do nothing or they try to keep up with what they think they should be doing and either way end up hurting themselves. This is where I come in - to create a narrative that is balanced, sustainable for moms and based on the newest research.

My passion is helping moms feel reconnected with their bodies and feel confident in the skin they're in - because they deserve to feel good, not just for their family but for them. This movement aims to help moms rediscover the 'me' in mommy by helping them understand the changes that happen during pregnancy and postpartum and how exercise can strengthen, support and help them stay pain free.

November 5, 2025 at 10:55 amThe pregnancy gym program by mom | me movement has been a game changer for me! It is brilliantly set up and so easy to follow with videos to demonstrate all the exercises. I love that during pregnancy, I am able to still have a focus on strength training while knowing that the exercises are perfectly safe for me and baby. I will definitely be purchasing the crib-to-core postpartum rehab program once our baba has arrived!

September 21, 2025 at 3:12 amI just had my daughter and used the Fit For Two program throughout my pregnancy. It assisted me so much- I felt safe to exercise (especially in the beginning I was worried about core movements I could do or if I could hear the baby). The program gave me intense peace of mind, Tammy was immediately available to help with any questions I had or if I needed to substitute movements. The stretches and core contractions practice help me get through my initial contractions ! What I like is that the exercises are great for you (I got a ton of compliments throughout my pregnancy about how good I look, how it’s tough to know I’m pregnant unless you see my stomach because my arms and legs were fit). The exercises are relevant to life, like how squatting and reaching for a dumbbell prepares you for squatting to pick up your child. The exercises are fun and change every 3 weeks which keep its exciting!

I have never felt so weak in my life and Tammy’s program guided me in a very gentle manner to become more confident building and using my core again. The scar desensitization was also an unexpected, but very valuable component resulting in a completely comfortable and painless scar. Would highly recommend!

September 17, 2025 at 1:24 pmI’ve used the crib to core program following both of my c-sections. It really helps to gently reconnect your core and the scar desensitization is also really useful. Having access to the program on your phone to do at your own pace is an added bonus. Highly recommend this to all moms after birth.

September 17, 2025 at 12:58 pmFirst time mommy here, I used the Fit for 2 Home program during the second trimester (excited to start the third trimester program now that I’m in my final stretch – pun intended). Following the program has given me peace of mind and has helped to keep me strong, fit, and well informed. As a gym novice, I found such comfort in knowing which exercises are safe during each phase. It was easy to follow and use, and I can feel and see the benefits! The extra information about general health also offered great advice. With so much harmful and rubbish advice out there, it’s great to find someone knowledgeable and trustworthy! Would strongly recommend to all moms and moms-to-be.
