Hello! I am Rodé de Jager, a wife and mother of three energetic boys and a baby girl. My eldest child is 5 years old, and from the beginning of our relationship, my husband and I have shared a deep passion for adoption and a love for children. With an open-door policy in our home, we welcome all to our table, embracing community and service as a family. These are the values we strive to instill in our children.

Creativity and passion fuel me. As a mother of four, I launched Baylee’s Collective, a locally made range of baby and toddler sleep sacks, born from my desire to provide comfort and quality for little ones. My academic journey led me to earn a Bachelor of Theology and a postgraduate qualification in New Testament Theology from Stellenbosch University.

Currently, I am honoured to serve at HerEmpire Collective, a dynamic organization committed to empowering female entrepreneurs and nurturing the next generation of leaders. I am so thankful to have met Anneen from the Mom Archive. To take hands to use our stories, authenticity, and empathy to make a meaningful impact on the world around us.
