How did Coomberry start?

Coomberry was born out of the joy felt when handmade toys or gifts were given to friends and family on special occasions. The idea of creating a business out of this passion only really came about after the simple statement (at a baby shower) of "do you take orders?" ... and so little BunBun was the catalyst for the Coomberry shop springing to life and I have not looked back since!

A little about the Creator

Some say sewing and buying fabrics are two completely different hobbies. But to me, they are one and the same, and so each Coomberry’s personality is born from the love of fabric itself. So, to pursue this love, I hung up my long-standing (slightly tattered) Corporate Clothing Merchandise Planner hat, for a life filled with creation and joy! I hope that you enjoy Coomberry creations as much as I have enjoyed bringing them to life with my own two hands!

What makes a Coomberry special?

After working for years in the corporate retail industry, we at Coomberry are fully aware of the impact that the materials industry has on the planet. In our small way, we try to reduce waste by giving each & every Coomberry a "heart" made from its own offcuts when stuffing them. This means that there is virtually zero waste created by one of our Coomberries, so you can shop easy.
