Founded in 1994, Toptots was created to give parents and caregivers an opportunity to spend meaningful, focused time with their little ones while supporting their development through purposeful play. Our age-specific programmes are designed around the developmental needs of each stage, supporting cognitive, emotional, social and physical development in a fun and nurturing environment.

Toptots Claremont is owned and run by Kerith Jensen, who has been part of the Toptots family since 2016. A qualified educator and mother to three boys, Kerith brings a wealth of teaching experience and knowledge to her Toptots branch.

Before joining Toptots, Kerith worked in education for many years, including time spent teaching in London. Her background includes primary school teaching and special needs education and she has also completed a course in play therapy. This experience gives her a valuable understanding of the different ways in which children learn, develop and engage with the world around them.

Classes include a variety of age appropriate activities incorporating sensory and messy play, music, movement, fine and gross motor activities, perceptual development and creative exploration. Parents and caregivers are also given practical ideas and guidance that they can take home and continue using with their children between classes.

More than simply keeping little hands busy, every Toptots activity has a purpose. Through play, interaction and quality one on one time, we aim to support each child's development while strengthening the connection between parent and child.
