Mom Me Movement is here to help reconnect the 'me' in 'mommy' - because your body should feel like home again.
Pregnancy & birth can feel like an out of body experience, where you are overwhelmed with a range of emotions but you're often left feeling disconnected from your own body. The whole focus is on growing a human, but no one is helping mom navigate the changes happening in her body and how to prepare for birth and beyond. Then, weeks post birth mom is 'cleared' to exercise but with no rehabilitation plan and no guidelines.
My primary goal is providing a safe program for a strong pregnancy and clear pathway to healing and returning to exercise postpartum.
Loaded with my biokentics degree and experience with being a mom, I help pregnant and postpartum moms navigate their motherhood season, with strength and rehabilitation exercises. I teach your core to work as a team again and rebuild full-body strength so you can jump, twist and move with confidence, without planning an exit route. My goal is simple: to help you return safely to the exercises you love, and feel confident to laugh and sneeze freely again.
Located in Somerset West I offer a 2 step pathway in your healing:
1. Mom Rebuild (Core and pelvic floor rehabilitation)
- Ideal for moms less than 6 months postpartum OR moms who are further along postpartum who are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms (pain, leakage, heaviness, prolapse)
2. Mom Strong (full body strength with a focus on healing the postpartum body)
- Your next step after mom rebuild before transitioning into running or a gym class
- Great starting point for moms who are more than 6 months postpartum and have started exercising but still experience symptoms.

1. Fit For Two Pregnancy Program
- Strength Program tailored to your changing body
- Helps prepare you for birth
- Can be done at a gym or at home
2. Crib to Core Rehabilitaion Program
- 10 week core and pelvic floor rehab program
- To be done at home, gentle and focuses on all the right foundations.
3. Online Consultation
- 30min consult to chat about your journey thus far, your goals and to develop a clear pathway. I tailor your journey to where YOU are at to get you moving pain and symptom free.
