About Us
I am a registered Educational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I obtained my Master of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life's challenges and transitions.
Working from an integrative and person-centred framework, I tailor the therapeutic process to meet the unique needs of each individual. My approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, recognising that meaningful growth often occurs within safe and supportive relationships.
I value the importance of understanding the whole person and am passionate about working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals where appropriate. I believe that strong and supportive relationships can play an important role in fostering wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
Having a strong sporting background, I appreciate the role that movement, teamwork, connection, and participation can play in personal development and wellbeing. My curiosity about diverse cultures and experiences continues to shape my commitment to inclusivity, respect, and compassion within my practice.
