Aura Chiropractic is a family-focused chiropractic practice in Milnerton, Cape Town, with a special focus on pregnancy, postpartum, infants, and children. Founded by Dr. Shrishti Maharaj, Aura was created to provide parents with a supportive space where they feel heard, empowered, and cared for throughout their family's health journey.
We are passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping them navigate the physical changes that accompany motherhood. We also provide gentle, age-appropriate care for babies and children, including assessments for milestones, feeding challenges, tension patterns, posture, and musculoskeletal concerns.
