When I was 16 years old, I was told by a gynaecologist that I had PCOS and would find it difficult to conceive in years to come. I had this in the back of my mind, which was certainly a cross to bear. However, I took my power back from what I was told when the time came for me to conceive. I delved much deeper into what my body needed when it came to nourishment, stress management, supplementation and how I was moving my body. I surrounded myself with the right team for my needs and truly realised how powerful various therapies can be, such as reflexology and kinesiology.
