Wriggle and Rhyme and Snugglers are proudly South African music-based programmes for babies and toddlers from 2 months to 3 years old. 

Started in Cape Town in 2008, our passion is to use music as a catalyst for learning and development in young children.

Snugglers is a programme specifically for moms and their very young babies.  Classes focus on the power of music to connect moms and babies in their very early days.

Tarryn Neizel runs our classes in Blouberg.

Tarryn is the newest member of our team.  She and her toddler daughter attended Wriggle and Rhyme together, and that's how she came to join us.  She experienced the power of music in our classes and saw how much her daughter loved and benefitted from our programme.  She is a sweet and caring person, and looking forward to connecting parents and caregivers together in the Blouberg area.

Wriggle and Rhyme is a musical adventure for babies (6-18 months) and toddlers (18 months - 3 years.

• With a new theme each term, little ones sing, move, play and develop through the incredible power of music.
• We use puppets, percussion instruments and hands-on teaching aids to stimulate and support early brain development.
• Our classes create special memories for children and their caregivers.
• Each child receives a gorgeous welcome pack packed with cute and practical goodies.

Snugglers is an intimate 8-week programme designed for moms and their babies aged 2–5 months.

In this season of motherhood that is both beautiful and exhausting, music is more than entertainment — it is a source of comfort, calm, joy and connection.

At the heart of Snugglers is science-backed research on the power of music to strengthen the bond between mom and baby.

It’s also an opportunity to create meaningful connections with other moms walking the same journey.

• The programme gently weaves music into the natural rhythm of a young baby’s day – sleep, play, movement, feeding and soothing – through developmentally appropriate activities designed to nurture both baby and mother.
• Each mom receives a beautifully curated journal in her Snugglers pack, which is used in class: a unique keepsake to capture memories, reflections and the magic of this musical season together.
