About Us
Rochefort Rakkers is a small, home-based preschool, situated in La Rochelle, Bellville.
Our preschool was established in 2018. We only have a total of 37 learners, from babies-5 year-olds, with 4 qualified teachers, and 2 assistants with years of experience.
We learn through sensory play, gross-and-fine motor skills development and arts and crafts, which is all incorporated with our weekly themes.
Our mission is to develop each individual child to his/her full potential in preparation for formal education.
We give our learners a full experience through dress-ups, having people come in for show-and-tell, excursions, concerts, sports days, Baker's Day etc.
We have an on-site Speech Therapist, as well as Occupational Therapist that comes in on a weekly basis.
We also have extra-curricular activities: Cricky Sport, Rascals drum club and Edukinetics.
Rochefort Rakkers have CCTV cameras, air-conditioned classrooms, and we supply learners with balanced cooked meals on a daily basis.
