Hello, I’m Meg! I’m a wife, mom to two beautiful little girls, and a certified health and wellness coach! I have a passion for all thing gut-health and wellness and I’m obsessed with creating gut-loving and delicious recipes.
My journey with gut health started when I was about 16 years old - I used to struggle with all sorts of strange reactions to food. It then got to a point where I could hardly eat any foods without being in pain or bloated all the time. I also had extreme fatigue, anxiety and acne. I then started to look into the concept of gut health and my world changed completely! I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and now I run 6 week gut-healing programs which are designed to bringing healing to your gut while focusing on an holistic approach to overall health and wellness!
