Hi, I'm Charné! A curly-haired creative navigating life as a first time mom while also running my own photography business. My family and I are based in Cape Town and since becoming a mom a year ago, my perspective and outlook on life has changed so much.

I have always had a love for telling stories through photos. I love being able to freeze a moment in time and since becoming a mother, I now understand how fleeting time is and how important photos truly are.

Recently I shared about my postpartum mental health journey and have had so many conversations with first time mom's navigating similar feelings. This has made me realise the importance of using social media to create community and openly sharing about the good and the bad days.

Over the past few years I have had the privilege of working alongside amazing local brands, creating content and images that showcase their beautiful products in an authentic and personable way.
