About Us
Not I But We helps survivors of trafficking and GBV stitch their lives back together through meaningful work and fair wages in a trauma informed environment. Our deepest desire is to help survivors dream again by creating safe spaces and dignified work that allows women to explore their creativity and innate skills.
Not I But We was born out of the fundamental need to see economic justice for women survivors of exploitation. Access to safe, stable, and meaningful work in a compassionate environment is an essential part of the restoration process. We are firm believers that jobs change lives. Economic independence allows survivors to rewrite their stories, leave abusive situations, and become changemakers in their communities and families.
